To make fringe, all you need to do is use this super easy customising technique.

Cut the length of yarn needed for your piece, typically this length is indicated in your pattern. To make fringe 20cm long, you will need to make your length 40 cm long as fringes always folded in two.

Fold your length of yarn in half.

Weave in the double thickness of yarn into your first stitch.

Pull on your cut ends through the loop to secure. This will create your fringe.

Continue adding fringe strands to your piece until you have completed your edge.
