Put both pieces that you want to join onto 2 seperate needles, with right sides together and both needles need to face the same direction.

Knit your stitch from the front set of stitches with your stitch from your back set of stitches

We will do the same again from the front set of stitches and the back set of stitches.

Now that we have 2 stitches on the right needle, we can lift the right stitch over the left stich (as you would for a normal cast off).

Repeat the same thing for rest of the sttiches on the front set and the back set.

Now that you have cast off all of your stitches, cut your yarn and leave a 15cm tail, and pull it through to secure.
